I decided to give Henri a try after letting with a large company for five years that managed from London with difficulty. Henri has literally smashed it so far, he is local and has excellent local knowledge, he has project managed a window refit, electricians, decoration all before his first set of tenants. I can trust my property to be managed by Cordeo Property Management.

Excellent and professional service, Great communications, would always go the extra mile to help! we were updated throughout the whole process of finding a tenant through to signing of letting documents. And of course they are now fully managing our property and doing an excellent job at a very competetive fee - possibly the best fee on the market for the service provided. Rent is promptly paid to us. Would highly recommend Cordero Property Management!!
