hi,i have ms ,i have tobe bed bathed and then have a body wash, then put on creams ect then put on my very sore body dressed, ,That im very greatfull for!! i have and will always need very great help with you looking after me!!so far geat!!!Claire did seam very upto the task and with head office to understand all my needs, our needs!!Willow had the staff under great STRESS by moving them from 1 area to another 5 miles away in 5 mins Not possible even on a Sunday!! so please Give your sta..ff time from one to the next call, So please you trey this trip!Please keep the same team in the same area so they can keep up with All our such different needs.That is what we need!!So as Claire said to me,we are here to look after you as if we were your parents!! So please do so and keep it with my with care team as iola,anto,madge .,||||| Thankyou.v as you see im no good at writing,sorry,TV.
