Levi's Guildford

I was in the Levis store with a friend on Friday evening between 430-5. My friend had liked a jean shirt and the two ladies that were helping us went over and above to find the size we needed. They checked the store inventory and they discovered that there was one last one in stock. One of them looked around and discovered the manikin had the size we needed. She took it off and gave it to us. It was very much appreciated that they took all this time to ensure we left happy! Thanks ladies!

I had a great service today. The assistant (didn't get his name shamefully) was very helpful and gave me so many designs to try on, he was very knowledgeable and down to earth. I did manage to make my first levi purchase thank you!

Let me tell you the service here is a incredible experience. I literally felt like I was in that scene in pretty woman when everyone is helping her shop seriously I had the best shopping experience I have ever had. The main person that helped me changed my Jean size so much that I went from a frumpy mum to a snatched figure. Love!!! I got two pairs in the sale and on full price. Everyone should have a shopping experience like this and the lovely lady with the short dark hair should be a training manager because this lovely human has a gift for making people feel great!!
