I decided to retire and contacted Elm to clarify my pension options. Jim Bolus organised a SIP for me and has managed this since 2017. I am very happy and confident with the professionalism of both Jim and Elm Finance. Other members of my family have also used their services.

Being a bit of a 'serial networker', I've met many IFAs over the years, but none that have explained the differences between current policies and proposed policies in such a clear and concise manner. It was extremely easy to read through and decide on my options with Tristan's help. Having all of my financial affairs managed by Tristan since 2011 (ISA and investments, Critical & Life, Pension, Income Protection and Private Health), and benefiting from his advice and support, has put me in a far better position financially and I cannot rate him and the team at Elm highly enough. I have all of my financial holdings run through Elm Financial. I went with the company firstly for both life and critical injury insurance. This cover was perfect for my needs and was explained and managed with full clarity to myself. I could have asked for a better service. This why I decide to put the rest of my financial issues all through Tristan and his team. My investments have been extremely profitable. Knowing Tristan's back ground and service was a key selling point for myself. Both himself and his whole time and extremely knowledgeable and humble in their approach to their interaction with clients. We first came into contact with a Mr Jim Bolus some 15 years ago who to this day continues to organise our financial affairs, who throughout has been exceptional in his level of customer service in breaking down the complicated world of finance for those like us who get confused. His advice and management of saving funds, pensions, investments and alike has made life so much easier. Always on hand either via email, by phone or a home visit to provide us with advice when needed. We cannot thank Jim enough for the effort he has put in on our behalf throughout the years, an all round honest genuine financial advisor who I would have no hesitation in recommending.
