        I love this store. The service, the products, the brand/marketing & the business ethos. All 'right up my alley'. I popped in briefly a few weeks ago & discovered a skincare product I'd not tried before. They were unfortunately out of stock, but I popped in again yesterday & not only was the product I wanted back in stock, but they had a lovely promotion running (buy 2 skincare items from their Nameste range & get a free exfoliation product). At purchase, they offered to sign me up for membership & as this was my first 'membership purchase', I received a free gift. Celine was super helpful & friendly yesterday. Thank you Celine. I will definitely be shopping at Rituals in Guildford again. *Note, I had actually already signed up for membership online, but had forgotten, as I didnt manage to buy the product online at the time. Some companies offering memberships or newsletter sign-ups are worthwhile & Rituals is one worth signing up for.
