Really Good experience with James and Rachel. My wife came in and talked through renting a unit whilst wired from the twin adrenaline rushes of buying a house and putting our house on the market. Needless to say, she was mentally running fifty projects simultaneously whilst still tracking the whereabouts of two kids and a husband who was planning a new garden. James not only talked through our needs in language my wife could absorb, but proceeded to ensure she got a deal we were comfortable with. My wife has spent her life in customer service. She's not easy to please. So for her to have come home and found time to specifically praise James is high praise indeed!

Recently used Safestore for storage of our belongings in between house moves and they offered a competitive price and met the need perfectly. Guildford store manager Rachel was very helpful and friendly (even when we got a little stuck at closing time on a Sunday!). Thank you to Rachel, from a fellow Rachael :)
