Lily is outstanding at what she does. As an anxious person I was amazed at how comfortable I was immediately made to feel in a new environment. Lily was able to identify the back muscles I was having trouble with even though I didn't know myself and she listened to everything I had to say. Her holistic and caring approach also meant I wasn't in pain while she worked with me. An all round wonderful experience! Thank you, Lily.

If I can sum up my treatment with Lily in one word it's wow! Here are some points why I'm glad I booked and will continue to book with Lily. 1) I walked in with stiff lower back and glutes. I walked out and they felt so loose and pain free. 2) Previous places I've visited have asked if there are particular areas I wanted them to focus on. They then use the same technique but for slightly longer. Lily uses a series of different techniques to tackle any issues you're having whether that's through massage, trigger points or stretches! 3) You don't feel as though you're getting the treatment that all clients are getting. Lily is great at taliloring your treatment so you're getting a complete personal experience. 4) Lily is great at making you feel comfortable and you know you're in good hands. She asks questions and will make sure you're comfortable throughout your treatment. 5) Lily spent extra time talking through what she found and was happy to show me certain stretches and gave great advise how to battle my stress and my struggle to get to sleep. This really makes a difference and makes the overall experience a personal one.
