Hapkido (School of Korean Martial Arts)

Hapkido is amazing. For me it has changed my perception of life! It has been an eye opening experience, as it has taken me outside my comfort zones and focused my mind in skills that are challenging. I feel it has developed my bodys strength and flexibility. Darren our teacher in Guildford is fun, knowledgeable, friendly and very encouraging. It has prepared me mentally and physically for the challenges ahead both for my future ambitions and given me confidence. I would highly recommend this martial arts class to anyone who would like to learn new skills in self defence techniques, kicks, meet new people and expand their horizons. I absolutely love it!

Awesome martial arts classes. I love the kicks and the arm-locking self defence techniques are challenging, fun to learn and effective. The atmosphere is great and everyone is very friendly with a good mix of men and women of different ages. Master Darren is also a very welcoming, knowledgeable and patient teacher who explains the techniques well. A great place to learn effective self-defence techniques and improve your fitness too.
