I was struggling to gain traction and customer engagement on my companys digital channels in the run up to an event, spending my own money and time to find a process that worked. The team at Beanstalk helped us create a new online presence through rebuilding and reimaging our website. Now fit for purpose, the website tells a story of the way we support social organisations, that are at various stages, to scale their operations. It's also given us a focal point to promote our two other initiatives for social organisations, SE Folk our online community and the Resilience program for social leaders. The tools that they are using also means that I can control and maintain the content that needs to evolve over time, with an easy to use content management system, and the reports are giving me the feedback I need to understand how people are engaging with the site.
