We were having issues with our front door not locking properly or taking many attempts to lock it which was becoming extremely frustrating. I asked James to come have a look at it and within 20 minutes he replaced the lock and adjusted the alignment of the door and now the lock works effortlessly. Could not have asked for a better service and would recommend him to anyone! Will definitely use in future.

I have used James and recommended James on many occasions. His honest advice, (which sometimes means no work for him) and his skill at his job, make him the go to man for any lock troubles you have. When I was locked out he was with me in a very timely manor and got me in to my house within about 5 mins. Whilst some may quibble about the fee, (for 5 mins work), it is not about the 5 mins he spent getting in. He had to travel to my house, but more importantly for me, he was able to get me back in to my home without any damage being caused to the door or the lock. Excellent service. Thanks James.
