        STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I paid them over 32k to extend my lease. After months of trial and error, David Major and his incompetent team missed the deadline and the freeholders closed my application. David Major refused to answer my calls/emails. Then after 2 years he told me in an email that he's unable to extend my lease and returned only 25K of money! AVOID THIS FIRM. Their incapability cost my well over 11k (as I had pay 4K more for my lease extension this year) plus 3 years of pain with no gain.

        My girlfriend and I recently used David for the purchase of our first home, after being recommended from other family members who had used him ( I noticed one of those is Sassan Danesh who already left a review!). David was fantastic throughout, very responsive and thorough with all the work he carried out. David went the extra mile and did everything we asked of him and more. Would highly recommend David for his superb attention to detail and very friendly approach. Will certainly be using him again and recommending to family & friends!
