I phoned the Leatherhead office to ask if they could veryfy a solicitors name who did a change of name deed in 1985 to see if he is registered with the FCO or if I could get this document nortised as I need the document apostile to use in another country. I was told that they are far too busy to deal with this. Will not be recomending them

Over the last 18 months David Hitchcock, Head of Dispute Resolution, at TWM Solicitors in Guildford, has led my case to recover a debt that was due to me from 2014. David has been absolutely superb in the way he communicated with me; he was approachable, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. I felt safe and protected throughout the communications with the other party. David made sure I understood each of the issues that needed to be dealt with. After a long and stressful period for me, he was able to achieve a resolution. He proved more than a match for quite a formidable character. I am so grateful for his outstanding legal expertise and guidance. I cannot recommend David and his team highly enough.

We spent over 19k with this firm and have not had the issue resolved. They acted in their best interest. They didn't make it clear that you could easily spend more using them than the potential gain. Or that using them could be just as ineffectual than not as a result they have profited nicely whilst our situation is no nearer resolved and we are just out of pocket. We used them to resolve disagreements over the execution of my Dad's will starting over 6 years ago. They will just take your money without acting in your best interest or advising you in that manner. I wouldn't use them.

I used TWM Solicitors, who are tier 1, to assist with a Dispute Resolution pertaining to a Will. My initial meeting with Stuart Downey in the Guildford office was impressive, and he covered all the bases with regard to the circumstances. Subsequent communications with Stuart and Rebecca Westwood offered clear and helpful advice and direction. I was pleased that I had a positive outcome from the litigation, but even if that had not been achievable, I would still be happy to recommend TWM to others. The backroom staff were also competent, and prompt.
