A decent and prompt service which was much appreciated as I had to wait for the car. Personally I think they should have more slots available for people who need a loan car. I tried to book a service when I was around 600 miles from needing it only to be told they couldnt fit me in for around 8 weeks if I needed a loan car! Also if I needed a diagnostic, that was around 8 weeks wait as well!
