Excellent customer service and excellent advice and they were able to provide various options upon request. Tim and the team have been amazing. We are first time buyers, so the whole process was quite daunting walking into the unknown. We were so fortunate to have met a team who have supported us throughout. Tim found us a policy that suited our needs - budget-wise and provided the cover we were after. He explained everything clearly, asking if we had any questions along the way. He was very responsive, kept us informed and stayed well connected with other key parties involved in our purchase without us having to chase at all. Great service! Needed a revised business insurance policy after moving into a new premises - the business has a few complexities but the advice was very thorough and clear and we ended up with a policy that we're really pleased with. Will be renewing with them for sure!
