        I appreciate that it is obviously a very busy time for insurance companies with covid. However, I first raised my claim on the 17th March and as yet still have not received any further communication from them. My partner and I have now sent 6 emails chasing and have had no response. Its absolutely embarrassing! Avoid wasting your money with this broker!

        Our coach company failed to turn up to collect guests after our wedding. Clear-cut failure of supplier. Supplier dragged their feet refunding so we filed an insurance claim. Voyager/Dreamsaver closed the claim and said it was up to us to take it up with the supplier. Very disappointing.
