        This shop really is a hidden gem. Whenever I go in here, they always make you feel so welcome and don't ever make you feel intimidated. They are always very very helpful and always go out their way to make sure you leave their shop with what you need/want, and never try to upsell you other things. Regardless whether you are buying 1 individual screw or a box of them, they will always give you the same (very high) level of service. A really friendly team at Margnors. I feel bad with the level of service they give, only for them to charge me a few pence for a few screws, so I usually ask them to keep the change. P.S. Thanks for your help earlier today about the rivnuts!
