        Visited spa in December 2022 with husband and son a uni student. Had to use up vouchers before they expired. Had great service from reception Lisa ? when booking as spa vouchers seemed to complicate booking process. Got there in the end. Had 2 treatments each , used pool and jacuzzi. My husbands therapist Jane did a fantastic job on his knee which has been painful for years. He was pain free for at least 6 weeks and hasn't stopped singing her praises. Thank you for great service. I saw Jane in corridor of hotel and we had a quick chat. We will be back.
