Kitchen extension and exterior landscaping. Bell and Collier genuinely care about the quality of work that they do. They focus on one job at a time and are able to call on a number of different trades that they use on every job (all of which were the highest quality in my opinion). The whole team work really hard and turn up when they say they will. The payment system is fair: payable weekly based on work completed and aligns the quote originally given. Our extension was reasonably big: they started on the day they said they would and finished within the stated timeframe. Generally tidy compared to other builders I have seen (tidied up at the end of every day). Following completion, they are still responsive on the few niggles we've had (things were addressed as they went along so very few things outstanding). They are lovely guys to boot. Very friendly and came highly recommended. But too busy to help us.... Which of course is a positive sign but bad for us! Would definitely try again.

Sam and his team have turned a very dated and falling apart conservatory that we could only use for 3 months of the year (before the floor collapsed) into a bright and modern extension that weve turned into the dining room weve always wanted (see pics) Sam couldnt have been more helpful when we were looking at materials etc suggesting alternatives if they were better or more cost effective. Once the job got underway Sam and his team were punctual and hard working (really surprised how quickly everything progressed) We cant recommend Sam enough he made the process a lot better and smoother than we envisaged, thanks very much Services: Remodeling, Landscaping, Project management, Demolition, Install flooring, Flooring, Drywall installation, Waterproofing, Paint indoors

Professional, hardworking , ridiculously quick, very clean and polite. Sam did a fantastic job at my house! Knocked down 2 walls, 2 steels put in and an opening for bifolds. A huge patio and a conservatory demolition! Couldn't be happier with his work and how clean and professional he was. Always here on time and worked good hours to get the job done efficiently.
