I actually cant believe this company is still in business. Spent 135 on one of their pods which arrived not working, I contacted customer services at the beginning of January by email, as they dont have a phone number anymore. they emailed back 4 weeks later after I left a negative review. They said they would send a replacement. That was 15 days ago and still nothing received and they havent got back in contact since sending them some more emails. Im in the process speaking to my bank to get a refund.
