        I've worked with Andy quite a few times and his design knowledge and ability to inteigate a brief is better than everyone else. He's helped us come up with some fantastic designs, but more then this. Andy is capable of "The big idea" which I think is one of the hardest things to achieve in design. Works really well in and out of a team, can take the lead if necessary too. A great designer and an even nicer person! Would always welcome him back.
