Trevor was really helpful, provided consultative advice and fitted me for some custom fit clubs. Grateful for his help, experience and insight.
I ordered the clubs on the 7th July and was told it would take 3 weeks.
From then on it has been nothing short of a disaster, with them finally arriving 9 weeks later.
There was no information or communication at all.
I called after three weeks and was told they'd be there in another couple of weeks, which was "close enough" to their estimate.
I called after 5 weeks and was told they had arrived at their warehouse and would be delivered to the store the next week, some progress at least.
I called again at the end of that 6th week and was told that what I had been told was a mistake, they hadn't arrived so they called the manufacturer, and they hadn't even been made yet.
3 weeks later they arrive.
I go to pick them up and get given someone else's clubs, which I notice just before I leave.
The most frustrating part is I had to do all of the chasing and follow ups. I was frequently told I would get calls back with updates, which didn't happen.
I don't understand how I can be told they've been made, shipped and received by their warehouse only for literally all of that to be wrong.
Overall, a very frustrating experience where some better expectation setting and communication would have made it more acceptable.
