- Their technicians are friendly, qualified and skilled.
- They changed our boiler and completed the work in one day.
- The new combi boiler also obtained gas certificate.
- Hot water works
Cons:
- Thermostats was not completed due to late delivery, so the house did not have central heating.
- After 2 weeks and empty promises he didn't bother coming back to the property.
Summary:
It is unconscionable to leave family with no central heating. I understand people have to put food on the table but there is no need to leave a family without central heating. They are friendly and knowledgable but it doesn't make sense why they didn't complete the job.

Also, the guy waiting on the other line, who takes the payment on phone, was shouting many times to me without listening anything while my questioning of the work and the cost. This is really poor communication, and poor customer confidence when we combine two together.
