We were really looked after well by Julie at the Merrow office. We had a meeting with her and she thoughtfully and sensitively took us through the process and the decisions we had to make. We really appreciated her experience and guidance. She rang us the day before the funeral to check everything was as we expected which we found reassuring. She was great on the day, very much there to support us but also very unobtrusive. Quite a skill. Thank you Julie you really enabled us to give my mother in law a funeral that really reflected her, and we felt we had done her proud. We really appreciated your support on a difficult day.

Julie Brown at the Guildford office (Merrow) is amazing. She helped us negotiate our way through a very tricky and emotional time after my Dads death just before Christmas, and remained calm, professional and personable throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Julie! Steve Teuten
