I dealt with abby , she was fantastic. All aspects of the funeral were gone thru together with me for my dad. The funeral director at the crematorium was ever so repectful and friendly , he went above and beyond imho. I would definitely recommend Robert Robert aylings to any of my friends in need of a funeral directors services.

Really good, can not fault anything made a difficult time a lot easier to deal with when planning my dads funeral, all the staff were kind and helpful and as a family we have now used mutiple times because of the way they have looked after us .. Thank you so much for all your help

Although the funeral went just as planned and all went well. I would avoid using this service. They will not tell you (until the day of the funeral) that any outstanding costs will be passed to a debt collector, which will in turn effect your credit rating. They dont do payment plans and dont really seem to care about the effects this would have on people people who have just lost a loved one. Not a nice way of doing things, especially given the service they are providing, you would think theyd be more compassionate. Received nearly 3500, and now want to pass 200 to a debt collector!

All the staff were very compassionate and friendly. The service was exactly what we wanted.
