Not to mention I had tried calling the shop EVEN EARLIER, to save us time and have it finished in no time. Nobody answered the phone, and Upon arrival, nobody was in the shop, with the closed sign on the door 15 mins before closing time, stated both online and on the doors.
It was New Years Eve, you dropped all notions of professionalism, were absent when you shouldnt have been, refused me your services for my pregnant girlfriend and said I just had to buy one of the bouquets by the door.
Very few in number, very very overpriced, and very low quality, workmanship, variety and effort put into them. Will never be returning in my life, and will be going well out of my way to ensure nobody I know visits either.
Sometimes one visit really is all it takes. Unforgettable experience, never been to a florist THIS badly run. Shameful.
