Having had a horrible experience with the NHS over the last few years, including having to make a major complaint, I felt it important to note the level of attention I've had since moving to this surgery. It hasn't been easy, getting prescriptions sorted and some other factors were difficult to start. They've been dealing with covid issues recently too. But I have received much more attention to detail and whilst the news has been hard and numerous, it's very clear the staff here are trying and follow through with their observations. When you have multiple factors at play I really appreciate being able to tell tell people are genuinely trying to help and do their job under pressure most of us don't have to handle - something distinctly lacking at St Luke's specifically but in many other instances too. Alongside Royal Surrey staff who were excellent when I had surgery this summer, there's a nurse and doctor at this branch that are clearly trying and care (NHS don't like staff named in reviews) and the staff across the other branches have been very helpful too. Whilst I feel awful, I don't feel like I'm in the wrong hands and I'm very grateful for that. Healthcare is my greatest source of stress and we are living in stressful times. The staff here are too, they're just as affected as everyone else and I hope that's remembered when we interact with them.

I was told by the doctor I was referred to a chronic fatigue clinic. I checked up on it after a month and got a rude response about how the waiting list is months. Six months later I called just to find out the referral was noted but never actually carried out and Id suffered for all that time with nothing actually having been done. Not impressed, a pretty big mistake that did affect me

Excellent physio lady, but poor and not helpful receptionist attitude ruined my day/experience (young female in navy).
