        I dont know why people are slating the receptionists(unless theyve changed staff). They went out of their way to help me, were super kind and efficient. Lovely surgery!

        Everyone is unhappy and I would like to add myself to the list. Receptionist isn't helpful at and very rude! I can on the 3rd of April at 17:00 trying to renew my proscription as the pharmacist changed my medicine to a different one but the receptionist decided to tell me that it wasn't her problem rather than just trying to help and find me a solution. I really would like to leave this GP

        I went to go book an appointment for my 7 month baby talking about how her ear was infected the lady at the reception was so rude and disgusting. Saying to me how I should be quite and that she can't help us. This women is the reason why we will no longer be coming back this is only just one example but there are many more.
