Appalling service, rude receptionists , called to make an appointment they picked up and immediately hung up, tried in person got the third degree and turned me away telling me book online. We all have bad days but still in expect some level of professionalism.

Honestly the best experience i could of asked for , the insertion of IUD was quick and relatively painless with only a minor sharp scratch and was over in less than 2 minutes + great service . The opinion people have over coils should be thought about as it really is very simple with only a small intensity of cramps afterwards e.g. menstruation cramps and at the same time my doctor also did the smear test which was very helpful. Very good, efficient surgery! From booking an appointment wheather it be telephone or face to face no long wait and if was urgent would be seen same day! Great service from our Gp Dr Clapham to give advice, write prescription so promptly for all meds and being available for collection from pharmacy next door within 2/3 days.

3 week wait for an appointment at the moment. Needed to see someone post a c section to be able to get the all clear to drive and cant get an appointment until at least 8 weeks after op. This was after calling three times and sitting on hold for a long time each time and having to give up a few times and call back. Receptionist tried to tell me I dont need to be seen until after 8 weeks and I wasnt a priority health visitor and hospital have said 6 weeks and said I should insist. I tried but the receptionist seemed to think she knew better and wouldnt give me just five mins with a doctor to get the all clear. I know the NHS is struggling but this service was useless and has impacted on my life since I cant drive without the all clear.

Excellent service from the practice. Osteopathic and sports therapist Susie Gill, is superbly knowledgeable and experienced in this field. I would recommend in a heart beat!
