Went there last week with my phone on 16% because the charge port had broken, the lady at the counter was very helpful, came out to help me find the wireless charger on the system and even put my nectar card on too, quick efficient service which results in a happy customer, maybe you should let her train your other staff.

Made an online purchase and told to go collect. Arrive at the branch - manager Haris went to look for it. 10 mins later we dont have it - weve had IT issues. Totally rude and unprofessional who made this guy a manager? Shouted at me saying you dont work here you dont know our system. Why? I asked why Im told to come if its not there. Haris then waved his arms around and told his colleagues give him a gift voucher. Well he has a name - clearly you have professionalism in you Haris. People with an attitude like yours should re-consider being customer facing!

Special thanks to Chris at the store. He understood the problem I had and made sure it was resolved. Calling customer service was a nightmare, but effective resolution at store.
