        Never answer the phone even though they arent using it !!! Constantly forwarding calls

        Receptionist was really rude. She could see I was holding a child ( child doesn't walk) but still wanted to give me paper work to take it to another room to fill it. Even though I mentioned I can't opened the door with child on my hand eho cant walk and with the paper work. she just said ya you press the button. she was very rude even got told in rude tone that I have to contact after 6 months for review as they are very busy.
