I WOULD GIVE ZERO, IF ABLE TO. IVE COME ACROSS AN OLD EMAIL, FROM 2016, STATING THAT NO NHS DENTIST COULD DO ANYTHING FOR MY GUM DISEASE , AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO A SPECIALIST, WHO WERE CHARGING NEARLY 100 QUID, BEFORE YOU SEE THEM........I COMPLAINED, AS THEY WOULD NOT EVEN DO A SCALE AND POLISH, AND THAT THEY WERE RIPPING ME OFF.......SO GLAD I EMAILED THEM, AS THE REPLY IS ABSOLUTELY LAUGHABLE, AND FULL OF LIES...........I REMEMBER MY MOTHER SAYING THEY DID THIS TO HER,THAT IS WHY I JOINED THEM, TO SEE, AND LO AND BEHOLD, THEY TRIED SCAMMING ME INTO SEEING A SPECIALIST, RIP OFF CLINIC. I AM CURRENTLY RECEIVING BAND 2 TREATMENT, FROM MY DENTIST, AND GET CHARGED A MAXIMUM, OF LESS THAN 70 QUID, FOR THIS, AND A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT, WITH THE DENTIST. THIS IS CHEAPER THAN A HYGIENIST, AS YOU WOULD PAY THE HYGIENIST, AND TO SEE THE DENTIST AFTERWARD, NOT THAT THE DENTIST, AT NEW INN LANE EVEN OFFERED ME A HYGIENIST, AND ESPECIALLY CHEAPER THAN THE SO CALLED SPECIALIST CLINIC, THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE ME SEE....... ULTIMATELY, IT TOOK A COUPLE OF YEARS TO FIND AN NHS DENTIST, TAKING PATIENTS ON, AND MY FRONT TOOTH AND NERVE ARE DEAD! REMOVAL WAS SUGGESTED, BUT NOW I HAVE EMBARKED ON TREATMENT, THE DENTIST IS REALLY PLEASED, AND IMPRESSED THAT ,MY FRONT TOOTH DOES NOT WOBBLE ANY MORE, AND AS CAUSING NO PROBLEM, DOES NOT REQUIRE EXTRACTION, AND ITS NOT DISCOLOURED EITHER.....THIS IS WHAT A GENUINE, PATIENT ORIENTATED DENTIST, SHOULD DO. CURRENTLY ABOUT TO EMBARK WITH CITIZENS ADVICE, AS I HAVE THE LOVELY EMAIL THAT I CAME ACROSS, WITH THE DENTIST STATING ALL THE LIES. DISGUSTING ALWAYS WORTH EMAILING COMPLAINTS, AS SOME TIMES THEY WRITE BACK, THINGS THAT ARE WHOLLY UNTRUE. Update. As you can see by the response, they mention nothing about telling me, that o have to be privately referred. I did not go back, as, what was the point? The dentist would not give me a scale and polish, told me I had to be referred privately, as, quote," no dentist in England, would deal with me", according to this practise. And now I am receiving fabulous, NHS treatment, in Guildford town centre. They gave me, periodontal cleans, band b, and cheaper than a hygiene at. This is what NHS patients are entitled to. I stand by my thoughts, about this dentist, being scammers. They behaved inappropriately, and if they think an email, that states this, in no uncertain terms, as inappropriate language, then they need to give appropriate advice and work, and not themselves be, inappropriate,by their actions. People in glass houses.... Update. Why did you not, refer me, to the royal Surrey hospitals periodontics, on the NHS, instead of the private one, eh??? These are professionals. Unlike you, always advertising for NHS patients, then palm them off to private clinics, outrageous.

Elma worked wonders with my teeth. She did some amazing cosmetic work at a reasonable price. She really took great care to make sure everything was perfect. Fabulous job

This practice is shockingly poor. I am an anxious dental patient and I always try to vocalise my anxiety when I'm there - in a hope they'll understand. I was in for a check-up recently and was dealing with my internal process of regulating my anxiety etc, and perhaps not as present and aware as I would have liked to have been. The dentist said, "So, today you are here for a check-up and a clean." I said, "Ummm, okay" in response. When I got to reception afterwards, I had a much larger bill than I was expecting. I asked what the additional charge was for and I was told it was for the clean. I said, "I never asked for a clean." This was when I realised that the dentist had not asked me, but just assumed and told me what I was having. I complained to the dentist afterwards and said that the phrase, "Today you are here for a check-up and clean", is dishonest. You must ask me if I want a clean - don't tell me that this is what I am here for. Perhaps say, "Would you like a clean? If so, it costs x". The dentist gave me a refund for the clean, which was good. However, I called them this week to book for another check-up and I was told I'd been removed from the practice because of my complaint. So, that's nice and professional of them, isn't it?

I needed a dental appointment in October 2021, the receptionist at the dental practice said their first available appointment would be at the end of December 2021. I agreed to book the December appointment. When the day came, my car broke down whilst on my way to the appointment I called before the appointment time and asked to cancel as I was waiting for Road assistance and wouldnt make it on time. I managed to get a rebook for the 10th of January, which the dental practice cancelled due to staff shortages. And they rescheduled for the 14th of February. I could not make that appointment. When I called the dentist yesterday to ask for an appointment (advised by the 111 service) as I have a swollen cheek potentially due to an abscess, I was told I could not book an appointment with burpham dental care as Ive had 3 cancellations, and my best bet was to look for another dentist and there was nothing they could do. I was very shocked as I only cancelled 2 appointments due to reasons I could not control. The 3rd one was not due to me cancelling it but the dentist cancelling it. I tried to reason with them but they just kept telling me continuously that there is nothing they can do about it. I felt as the service I got from them was very rudely delivered. Previously I had been told by a few locals not to sign up with them, as I was new to the area last year, but I still went and registered with them, I wish I had not done that. Definitely would not recommend.

Absolutely shocked by their service. Last week my mother went there complaining of extreme tooth ache and the lady was absolutely rude and possessed a threatening behaviour . She was treating her extremely terribly and her attitude was absolutely rude and shocking. She charged money for a go through of her teeth, but then was absolutely rude when my mum asked for the next process as her toothache was really worse. She treated my mother as she did something wrong. She was absolutely rude when it came to charging money, and after the check up, she forced my mum to leave and said if you dont leave then she will call somebody, and my mother simply wanted to talk about whats next as her toothache was worse. Well, the lady was threatening and extremely rude, and therefore I dont recommend this dental practice , which hired rude, threatening and appealing staff. Shocking
