        We used Guildford Couriers to collect some furniture shortly after we moved into our new home last week. From the moment we contacted Peter, their service was outstanding. He was quick to respond to my enquires and gave me excellent value for money when I wanted to combine two collections. I would have no hesitation with using them again and would recommend them to anyone needing excellent service in furniture removal and value for money.

        I really wanted to like these guys as I believe in supporting local companies, but unfortunately I felt really let down by them. One word of advice - really check their small print. Stupidly I didnt and this company ended up using DHL without my knowledge & charged me 3 times more for the privilege. Go figure. I also felt they used bullying tactics for payment. Peter did try and resolve my issue, but it was always going to be a no win for me.
