Cannot express how impressed and happy I am with the service and treatment I have received at waterden. I got my tooth ache fixed in record time with a filling from Nancy and Mo fitted me with a pair of beautiful veneers which look just incredible - can now smile with confidence! The whole team has been extremely kind from the start, helpful at working around my tight schedule, and you feel like they genuinely care for their customers and getting the correct treatments done. 10/10.

I personally have reason to believe that an establishment that condones text slang as acceptable communication to new enquires, leads one to question medical & ethical compliance. Dear Jules - Dr Patel will call u when he has an opportunity this evening. Thank you Call u utterly embarrassing!! I cannot even find the words to suggest the undeniable lack of intellect behind the practice managers above comms! What TERRIBLY embarrassing grammar? How very shameful that this practice knowingly employ unhinged staff & use such appalling grammar!
