I have been trying to have the programmer fixed for over a week now despite four engineers calling three outside engineers and one navien engineer its still not working I have spent most of today on the phone despite the fact that the system is only one and a half years old and I have an 80 year old husband in the house on palliative care and in a hospital bed the best we can hope for is an engineer calling on Tuesday if we havent frozen by the disgraceful service

***Distributors/ Wholesalers Warning *** you will be let down! Protect your customers stay away!!! Backup and communication is absolutely pathetic!!! They simply continously to ignore emails and let their customers down. Have never in all my years in business dealt with such a poor company.

By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. My boiler has 8 years warranty, and just after a year it started leaking. I first contacted Navien on the 12th December, asking for help. I also filled in the form on their website which asks when it's convenient for someone to come out and fix the boiler. I said that day or the day after, but they didn't get back to me. I filled this form in again, and again no one ever gets back to you. The only time someone has replied to my emails is when a manager confirms the warranty and says they'll be in contact to arrange the boiler to be fixed. Of course, no one ever calls. Heavily pregnant, with no heating throughout the December, and probably ongoing in January as well as this company are almost guaranteed not to get back in contact with me. So I'm leaving a 1 star review (wish it was 0 stars) in hopes someone will finally get in contact. I've spoken to someone who fixes boilers locally and apparently it's a very small job to fix, but it's also too dangerous to use as our boiler is getting too much pressure. ---- if your in the process of getting a new boiler, don't go with Navien as although the boilers are cheaper than most, it's because the customer service is absolutely shocking and they don't fix any issues, even when you have a warranty certificate.
