        Visited this morning - A member of staff left myself and a few other others waiting outside for over 1/2 an hour. There was a sign saying restocking - will open soon. We watched in amusement as a lady in the shop had a trolley full of boxes which she was opening up and filling shelves with sweets etc. Better management of this would avoid leaving customers waiting outside during your opening hours. Not a good service Mccolls.

        I have to say when I first started going here a few years back things were fine but steadily its gotten worse. There is one staff member in particular that really puts me off going In there. The person never smiles and always seems to have a chip on their shoulder, some of you may know who Im speaking of. Anyways, seems its always understaffed in there and always a line at the checkout, think Ill just go and shop elsewhere from now I think. A shame really as its local for me and dont want to have to travel to another corner shop but if it continues I may have too :(
