Definitely recommend these guys! Our PS4 was not working whatsoever, these guys gave it a thorough internal clean, diagnosed and resolved an issue with the power connector! The PS4 is still working perfectly over a month later. Really professional, great communication, super helpful and very friendly! Will definitely use again in the future

Let me start by saying that I am VERY happy with the services provided, they are very professional and extremally fair priced for the amazing work that is put in. I brought in my laptop for a clean due to some of the keys malfunctioning due to a spill. The laptop was professionally cleaned in less than 5 hours and I picked it up on the same day. Sadly, when I got back home, my laptop wouldn't properly turn on and was stuck in sleep mode. I got in touch again and was asked to bring the laptop in the next day. Because of the nature of my problem, it was very hard to locate the issue at hand, however, Tomas (the man taking care of my device) did not give up. And after many hours, I was met with great news that the laptop is functioning. Not to mention that I was being updated on everything that was happening with my device, including pictures and videos. Overall, I'd recommend Online Fix to anyone that has an issue with their devices. Services are amazing, staff is extremally friendly and are willing to put in an extraordinary amount of work so that your devices are fixed in as little time as possible.
