Last Tuesdsay my computer crashed and I called in Crown-IT. Nima came to my home within half an hour and found that my hard drive had a serious fault. Part of it got burned out so he got me a reconditioned one and formatted it for me. He also added some software and security. I found him very helpful and his charges were very reasonably. I would certainly use him again.

Nimo came to my house straight away, although it was a Saturday. He spent an hour investigating my printer, which was making terrible noises after I had cleared a bad paper jam. He then took the printer away for further investigation in his workshop. He phoned the next morning to say that the print head was damaged and would cost 80 - 100 to replace, including labour. So I decided to buy another printer, and he brought the printer back to my home. He refused to take any payment for his time or the transport costs. He says he likes to take care of his customers, and hoped I would use him again. I hope I won't need him again!

Nima has sorted out my daughter's laptop with the blue screen of death and our desktop with various problems very well. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about all matters IT and security. He is very fair and honest and very reasonably priced. He has also replaced my son's laptop screen. All our IT problems were sorted out very quickly and efficiently and I have nothing but praise for him. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him at all.

Nima helps with all our IT, he is very capable and responsive and heads down to us at short notice. He has good ideas about the IT needs of the firm in the future and I get the sense he really cares about his clients. His knowledge of networks and security is very very strong. He also works in an ethical way! I think he would be a great addition to any firm - use him for all your IT !!

Crown repaired my wife laptop for me. They did an excellent job, they examined it and found that the problem was water in the keyboard. They ordered a new keyboard and replaced it for us. The laptop has worked fine since.
