        I had a problem with my desktop and after a 5 minute phone call with Simon he was able to correctly diagnose the problem, and provide me clear instructions on how to troubleshoot and fix it. The service I received was incredibly professional, responsive and friendly. I wasn't even charged a penny for the support I received. Absolutely brilliant, would thoroughly recommend.

        The man is a genious. I have used him for many years now and no one even comes close to him when it comes to fixing, updating or upgrading a computer of software. He can do pretty much anything with a computer. Well worth trying Simon and his prices are very reasonable too. Good luck :-)
