        My first visit was not set as an appointment but I had a test drive of the MG4 long range and it was the perfect car for me. Marius guided me through the initial processes and kept in contact throughout, with all the options available to me. I've had the car for a few hours now and I'm really enjoying driving it. The environment at the showroom was excellent. Everyone friendly and accommodating and the hot chocolate was very nice too. Well done to everyone and keep up the good work.

        Awful, if I could return my car and walk away I would. The sales was not great but the after sales is even worse. Had an error on the vehicle which is impacting driveability, had to wait 2 months for an appointment. Was told they needed to await approval to replace a part from MG and am still waiting 6 weeks later. Their system shows it was replaced a couple of weeks later despite the car never having been back to the garage. Calls are never returned despite numerous promises. Appalling service.
