        Don't bother calling the service centre they don't answer the phone. You just go round and round on the internal system. Updated: I've increased the star level to 4 following my last 2 visits on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. I still find the phone system an annoyance which stops the review being 5 star.

        An overall very, very good experience. There was one slight problem with the wrong name being put on my GAP insurance apart from that everything else was good. Alex was brilliant and very knowledgeable. Also very reassuring and helpful.
