        Delicious food and ice creams and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Love this place.

        Popped in for a milkshake with my family. The milkshake were lovely, the price was reasonable, and the service was excellent.

        The Smooth in Guildford is not recommended. The milkshake was thin and tasteless (not at all thick and creamy). Just some mixed milk with a little squirty cream on top. The smoothies amount to blended fruit (a cheap way of bulking a smoothie). A smoothie without fruit was not available. When I asked for a thick and creamy smoothie she gave me a puzzled expression (spoke little English). Very disappointing. It would seem the ownership has changed hands.
