Stoke Park Kiosk

Bought a chicken burger that only had the buns and the chicken patty. No cheese and no veg !

So grateful having this little kiosk in Stoke Park. I can always rely on them when the little ones 'need' an ice-cream, no matter the weather. Staff has always been friendly and helpful and very patient when certain little people couldn't make up their mind which ice-crew they had to get Hot drinks tick the box and have found it always clean and kept in order. They've recently refurbished the roof and the outside area is lovely if you stick around. Pricing is reasonable and not different to elsewhere. It's a small business that needs to support itself, so of course pricing has to go slightly up as anywhere else. Past reviews show that there is obviously a need for this place, if you have issues, address them directly and in a kind manner and I am sure they'll do their best to sort it out.

Yesterday I ordered as displayed on icecream chart 2 Oreo icecream cups with two biscuits for my grandchildren and a cup of tea and crisps. Presented to me was a cup with one biscuit in the icecream cup. I said to the young girl can I have two biscuits as displayed and paid for. She said we only give one, I said I paid for two as displayed. This unpleasant girl argued with me she would only give me one. I didn't leave the counter until I received two as displayed. She spoke with her coworker and finally they gave them to me. Sitting down on the bench I could here their unprofessional conversation about me. Very, very rude young lady. !!

Nice little place for a coffee right in the middle of Stoke Park

Stopped for coffee, Hot chocolate & slushy for kids. Nice location but the coffee is awful & I've had some poor ones in my time...3 for a cup of this is almost criminal........ owner has responded, my response is I don't drink tea and this is what I was given as a coffee.
