        Therapists baby running around with her boyfriend also in the room, eating crisps noisily and talking to the therapist. The privacy curtain wasnt even pulled around the bed. Painful face massage. Moisturiser covered my top (as I wasnt asked to remove it). Therapist talked through entire treatment about her lack of experience (I think I must have been her first paying customer) Lights were on full and no essential oils used (steaming and oils were part of the facial and neither used). It was a disaster! Not the relaxing treatment I had hoped for.
