        Management Consultants that are in the category of those that teach what they need to learn. Before engagingthem, check the trail of disappointed clients, shareholders and ex directors. Ask about churn rates of key directors, staff and disgruntled associates. As an ex shareholder in the business, I learnt too late. Look at the underlying strength of the business and growth - or lack of- compared to the overblown hype and sizzle. Big, big Caveat emptor !
