From the start Neil took time to get to know my business even to the extent that he has his own profile on my CRM/Sales system. Weve been with Accentis since the beginning of 2018. If youre just looking for compliance then look elsewhere, Neil and his team are not your typical accountants. They are so much more. The day-to-day bookkeeping service is brilliant, we can do as much or as little as we need to and Accentis will do the rest. I am more aware of my numbers now than I have ever been - and not just that bottom line number. I get probed by Neil about things like whats my LTV, cost of acquisition etc as well as excellent advise regarding tax and funding options. Neil holds me accountable for my numbers, something Ive never experienced from an accountant before. And he gets me thinking in so many different ways. I no longer dread the calls from my accountant.
