My Rt went for a electrical fault as the engine light came on and dash pannel kept resetting they told it would have recorded a fault only to come back to me 2 hrs later said nothing recorded. They then charged me 110 diagnostic charge for finding nothing .I picked the bike up and rode home and started to look myself and found the battery was 9 yrs old it was the original one. You would think if there was electrical fault on a bike that 15 plate they would have checked this but no mention of the fault on there vehicle health check . New battery fitted everything reset and has been perfect. I pay 38 a month warranty on this bike not sure why now as a main BMW dealer you take your bike because they are trained on these bikes I won't be going there again and will be contacting customer care and warranty dept .
