Would give zero is possible. Or negative. The worst company with even worse customer service. Everyone stay well clear. They take your money and never show up for installation and then make continuous excuses.

We initially were really pleased with the service and the shutters we had installed, however since they have been fitted there has been mould and condensation on all of the windows. We have been told by the fitter who came to assess that its due to the type of material our frames are made from and the lack of ventilation. He told us that this is caused by the air between the window and the shutter. We were not spoken to about this in the sales consultation or fitting consultation. We now have mould in our Childrens bedrooms and lounge. I spoke to customer services early January, and told them it needed resolving. They assured me they would be in touch. After nearly one month I had heard nothing. I rang them today to follow up and they told me to provide photos and wait another 72 hours. The person on the phone had a bad attitude and no empathy for the situation. We have spend 4000+ on these and dont expect issues, but also trust that a firm the size of this would take care of any issues especially within such a short time frame. Im hoping that they resolve soon, or I will be taking them to small claims court for a full refund and remedial work on our windows which are damaged from the mould and condensation

We bought our Hillary's shutters maybe eight years ago. Compared to other shutters we've had fitted more recently I can confidently state that Hillary's are overpriced and finally l flimsy.

Didnt even turn up to the appointment, or bother to even let me know why. Didnt have the courtesy to arrange a sooner appointment with the next available slot was a month away. Never getting my 3 hours back. Waste of time and unprofessional.
