        As someone thats new to cycling, Im actually shocked with how quickly Ive built up such a strong bond with my bike. Took it into the Giant store for quite a lot of work and a service. All I can say is I couldnt be happier with Andys work. His level of care and attention are unparalleled, plus just a really nice person to deal with. Big asset to you Giant!

        Excellent service. I was in trouble due to a snapped chain and dodgy derailleur (thanks to some bodged work at a well known bike shop that rhymes with Evans). I took my road bike in at short notice (10 mins!) and the gents in Giant sorted all my issues and explained the problems. I will be taking my bikes in here for future services. Thanks guys-good work!
