Took my wife here for her birthday, had a really nice relaxing time, the massage was just what we needed. We chilled by the pool went in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Then relaxed in the meditation garden. It was something different as we were in a tent with loungers heating, relaxing music and drinking homemade smoothies which tasted really good. I will definitely be going back. And will be recommending it to all my family and friends.

Quiet and really spacious outdoors. Clean interior as well. Great and accessible well equipped gym and Pool. My only gripe is the towel, first time encountering a non white towel in an hotel. That wouldn't even be that bad...but it's very light (thin), let's just call this "bad towel experience" But won't allow that to spoil a wonderful ambience, great space and clean rooms. But it still enough to drop a point.

Had issues with this company from last Aug and now has just been resolved. Paid for a 270 spa get away and because of their mistake in the beginning it took my months of emails and calls to make them rectify the mistake they caused. To be offered a decent outcome, i asked if a date was available and without my confirmation they booked me in, but somehow that was my fault!!? And still can not show me the proof of me confirming the date. So after 9 months i get offered 100 because they couldn't take responsibility!! And by giving me the 100 it was for 'good gesture' lol please! Wasnt even half of ny money back. Avoid at all costs seeing as the staff can not take blame for thier own mistakes and us as customers lose out on the money. Absolute shambles!!

I must start with the masseuse is very good and she fitted me, which I really appreciated because I was late due to bad traffic and getting stuck on a confusing rerouted system. Be warned if you're not familiar with the area. But despite the kind staff (except the guy at the cafe who was oddly aggressive), the whole spa experience was awful. It's a Ryanir of Spa's. To start, no one answers the phone if you call. All appointments are done through a strange app system that doesn't seem to connect with their reception. The opening hours are very unclear and seemed to close at 5pm, despite saying 9pm on the website. It's all a bit dilapidated and old. Someone's milk carton was left on the floor in the corner of the changing rooms for ages for the duration of the day. They don't tell you in advance but you need to bring your own flip-flops otherwise they have them for sale for 15!!. Or you have to walk around in your own shoes, which is odd being by a pool. You need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Shower gel is in a dispenser in the shower cubicle. There's no tea or coffee offered. I think you had to buy it. No sockets for other items in the changing rooms. No where to put stuff down in front of a mirror. There are hair dryers. You need to bring your own plastic water bottle or you will need to buy one for 1 as there is no water fountain in the pool area or outside the sauna which is dangerous. We were all gasping. Albeit, great sauna. Hot. They only had tiny glasses for water which you're not allowed to bring into the pool area. You have to buy it from a cafe, but god forbid you ask for an extra strong tea. As the extra generic tea bag will cost you an extra 3.50. The jacuzzi has been broken since lockdown (2 yrs ago) and because of this they said they had taken it off the website but the imagery of it and the 'pictured spa' is still there. They have a meditation garden, and while the intent is nice, with a gorgeous hut at the back, you have to walk through what seems like the fire escape door, at the end of a long corridor miles away from anything, and past broken garden furniture to get to the 'meditation garden'. Right behind the hut is the do-it-all shed with bits hanging out. I went back and forth several times in the corridor on the way to the garden because I thought I was lost. You come out underneath the fire escape stairs and there's no path. The path starts somewhere else. It's very odd and miles away from facilities. Save your money and go somewhere else that is so much better for the price.
