        I have been asked by letter from Jiansi Rian of Virgin to phone the Savings operation helpline about transferring funds which we urgently need from a trustee account but I get nothing but hours of music on hold telling me of your so called brilliant customer service which in fact is diabolical. How do we progress when no-one at Virgin answers the phone?

        Great bank only issue is they not open on Saturdays anymore and I work Monday to Friday so it's difficult for me to get to the bank

        The stated opening times are wrong it's 9.30 till 1.30 most days and closed on Friday and the weekend.

        I am not a customer I am team member, thus not sure if my review would count. But I just must say this,since me starting to work here, I have been going thru some serious personal problems one bigger than the other and so on an so on. I honestly think I wouldn't have been able to manage without this team and local managers support. Even though I am only temporary staff here, everyday I am more and more amazed by them and how truly 'human' the team members are. I have never worked with more supportive bunch of people ever. Thank you guys so much. X
